Show J Utahns sail Caribbean Continued From Page H-- 3 ON THE OTHER SIDE of the wedding calendar, Wynne and Blanche Hansen of Collinston, Utah, observed their 50th anniversary and Marge and Grant Sims, Salt Lake, noted their 45th anniversary. George and Thora Proctor, and Salt Lakes William and Dorothy Be hie enjoyed meeting with Capt. Benas during The Tribunes reception on March 1. James and Carma Giles, Don and Vye Brown, Lowell and Jeanette Perkins, Wallace and Analea Garbett and Frank and Caroline Bjomdal, all Salt Lake, enjoyed the constant run of entertainment which ranged from two bands to magic acts, from legitimate theater to native dance troupes from the countries visited. Pan-guitc- h, Fred and Wanda Moore, Salt Lake, Mary Lane, Bountiful, and Eula Crane, West Jordan, enjoyed the new people they met ashore and toured local points of interest, especially the 1,000 year old Mayan rums in the Yucatan Peninsula. Also big fans of the entertainment were Seymour and Vera Gray, Provo, and their daughters, Carolyn Poulson and Betty Aiken. MEANWHILE, Salt Lakes Tom and Dorothy Vose didnt pass the opportun-tie- s to participate in the talent show, the funny hat and costume competition and even looked up some fellow Lion Club members at Grand Cayman Island. Park Citys Cynthia Vanderwalker and Salt Lakes Estelle Speros spent time soaking up the sun by day and the disco by night. So did Grangers Fred Roy and Donna Wilsombe, Centerville, Russ and Beth Nichols, Ogden; Roy and Phyllis Rodgers and Ralph and Rita Daniels, Payson; and Jim and Lana Carley, Farmington, enjoyed the different country every day pace and took plenty of photos to prove it. John and Ann Gunther, Merlin and Mark Young, Earl and Ruth Parkin, Lowell and Jeanette Perkins and Howard and Dorothy Harman, all Salt Lake, had high praise for the cuisine the Greek dishes, while Jim and Terry Cowan, Duchesne, enjoyed the powdery, white beaches and emerald waters of the Caribbean. But the very important people list it goes beyond the passengers includes some fun loving, helpful crew shifts a members who work two day and who are home only one month a year. These included the Staff Captain Leondros Scardassis, chief purser Christos Georgopoulos, first purser Neanthrs Svolakis, second purser Gerassimos Voutsinas, assistant purser Kostas Avgoulas, head chef Christos Moulas, chief steward Chronis par-ticuar- Leon-taraki- wine steward George Lesikatos, dining room waiter Antonios Gavolas, the dancing waiter Pantelis Mentis, and the head bartender Manolis.
