Lone Tree, was named in a six count indictment, issued by a federal grand jury here, charging that he was involved with the alleged attempt to bomb the car of Fhoemx, Ariz , attorney George Manscal Mr Hickey was arrested Thursday night just outside of Lone Tree, according to Sheriff Wilson Hickey was arraigned in Green River Friday morning He was released on $130 000 bail, according to Sheriff Wilson The indictment had six specific charges of interstate transportation of explosives involving allegations of possessing firearms, receiving, conce aling and storing a bomb, making legal application and conspiracy to violate firearms laws 1 City-Count- y , Couple Files Lawsuit.
