Show DELINQUENT NOTICE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT Castle Dale Town, Emery County, Utah There are delinquent on the following Lots, or parts of Lots, in the Town of Castle Dale, County and State aforesaid, afore-said, on account of a special assessment j levied by the Board of Trustees of said I Town on the 28th day of August, 1914, the following amounts set opposite the names of the respective owners of real estate in said Town as shown by and recorded in the records of Emery County, Coun-ty, at Castle Dale, Utan, said assessment assess-ment having been levied for the purpose pur-pose of constructing, extending and maintaining the water works system within the limits of Castle Dale Town as provided in Ordinance No. 44.
