Show PAGE-SI- X. COLLEGE Following on the heels of the completion of the debate tournament at the Utah State Agricultural college, came an announcement Monday by Dr. Wallace J. Vickers, college debate coach, that the annual letter mens tournument would be inaugurated immediately after students had returned from the de- by Betty Jean Fonncsbeck of Logan, this year's president, the lettermens tournument will be open to any student who has been a member of a college varsity debate squad. The question to be debated in the coming tournament will be the same question used in the tournament and the national debate question, "Resolved that the United States should follow a policy of strict isolation toward all nations outside the western hemisphere engaged in armed international or c.vil conflict." Again, as was the procedure followed during the tournament, each team which enters competition will debate the two sides of the question alternately with the team which debates affirmative, choosing the judges. Judges will be chosen from the college faculty.
