He believes that the City should cooperate with the Board of Education in extending this program In an orderly manner to the end that the leisure time of our children should be cared for properly. This program is primarily the problem of Logan City and it should accept this responsibility of leadership. He feels that such a program would very much lessen juvenile delinquency and greatly improve the citizenship of our children. Dr. Munk is very much Interested in the public health and sanitation pro- gram of Logan City, and, If elected, he will give his best efforts to Improve this department. He feels that steps should be taken to improve and regulate the milk supply of the Clt.v in order to place it on the high plane now held by our meat supply. He believes that this service can be greatly Improved by closer cooperation with the State and National agencies. Dr. Munk believes that the citizens of Logan should derive much more Income from tourist travel. Our scenic attractions should be more widely advertised. Tourists should be told about the advantages of the Yellowstone Route through Logan Canyon. Our mountains and canyon should be extensively advertised. We should cooperate with such agencies as the Chamber of Commerce in carrying this program Into effect. He feels that all needy citizens should have equal opportunities to work on the Public Works Program fostered by Logan City. This work is created to assist all nced,y residents and all should share the Income thus provided In accordance with thilr respective needs.
