As part of this program, the Logan Junior high school faculty and students are inviting all parents to visit the regular class work Thursday from nine a. m. until 1:55 p. m. This number of permits has already been issued, supervisor Carl B. Arentson of the Cache national forest announced Monday afternoon. There are 800 elk roaming the hills in eastern Cache Valley and western Rich county section of the forest, according to census reports of forest officials. Checking stations for the hunters have been established at the Logan Hardware company, Logan; the Smith Brothers Lumber company, Hyrum; and the N. J. Hodges store, Garden City.
