"We're still waiting for the desks to come," said Principal Alan Bailey. 'The school is still receiving furniture and supplies but we will be ready for the opening day of school." ; By the time first bell rings at 7:50 a.m. on Aug. 26, the school doors will open into a large commons area for students to visit with each other before being ushed to their first period classes. "We'll have the essential stuff ready by opening day," Bailey said. The new school has two full-siz- e gymnasiums, six computer labs, a 1,189 seat auditorium two large metting rooms that can be used to combine serveral classrooms for group learning or be used for a community meeting room, and hallways for each of its three grade levels.
