A commendable rating is awarded or service and clinical quality that meet or exceeds NCQAs rigorous requirements for consumer protection and ity improvement qual- IHC plans that received the commendable rating are IHC Care, Select Med, IHC Access Health Choice, and IHC Direct Care.
