Show Symposium to oxptoro cancor patient noods A symposium on Current Concepts in the Therapy of the Cancer Patient will be held Sunday, February 7 at the Marriott Hotel in Salt Lake City. Open to all health professionals, sessions taught by national factulty will deal with the cancer patients agents, therapeutic needs, managing infection, controlling pain and emesis, managing depression and counseling patients and their families. Continuing education credits have been approved for physicians, pharmacists and nurses. The symposium is sponsored by the University of Utah College of Pharmacy in cooperation with the Utah Pharmaceutical Committee on Continuing Education, and is funded by a grant from Lederle Laboratories, a division of A merican Cy anamid Co. The special senior citizen rate will be phased out in three steps beginning April 1, 1982, and ending a year later unless replaced by a different rate plan.
