MacGinnis announced that he and his wife would take up residence in Garfield on March 1st, and that he would be serving All Souls' Church as Vicar as well as sharing his time with another church group in South Salt Lake City. Mr. MacGinnis, who recently completed three years study in the east, returns to Utah to take charge of the work in Garfield by appointment of the Rt. Rev. Stephen C. Clark, D. D. Episcopal Bishop of Utah. It is the hope of the new vicar that the church can more effect ively serve the many Protestants in the area who have no specific church connection as well as serve those who are affiliated with All Souls Church at the present time.
