Wedding Ceremony Unites Prominent Local Couple The Utah Copper Club was the scene of an impressive wedding ceremony Thursday, July twenty-fiftuniting Miss Jennie Ruth Watson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. Harold Watson of Garfield, and Don .K. Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. L. Brown of Salt Lake City. Mr. Charles Lambert Bawden of Granger performed the lovely rites. The bride chose a light grey suit with white accessories and wore a corsage of orchids. Mrs. Dorothy Brown, matron of honor, wore a blue frock with an orchid corsage. Dean Brown was best man. Mori of Magna announces the betrothal of her daughter, Atsuko, now serving as a U. S. government worker in Tokyo, to Lieutenant Gunji Moriuchi of San Francisco. Lieutenant Moriuchi also is on forces duty with U. S. occupationMr. and in Japan. He is the son of Mrs. Hidegoro Moriuchi of San Francisco. Miss Atsuko, one of the first Utah Nisei to volunteer for the WACs, served in the U. S. Army at Dugway, Utah and Fort Snell ing. She went overseas as a member of a Fort Snelling WAC contingent. The marriage will take place at the 42nd General Hospital Chapel in Tokyo on September 7th.
