Federal League Will roll next games January 2. American League John Jacobs five, the Utah Oil team, lead the Monday Utah Copper Club loop, hitting a 31 and 17 pace for 646 average. Ken Garff and Denton Service are tied for second spot with 27 and 21 paces. Ray Cromars five had 967 for high game, Garffs 2719 was tops for series efforts. Bill Larson tipped over a 233 game and 602 for individual honors. National League The Thursday keglers are led by Team No. 6, J. W. Ridd, captain, hitting 32 and 12. Dewey Moss and Pete Larson are tied 2 pins back. High team game was 905 and' taken by Moss' five, Ridd's squad had 2581 for series. Blaine Rodgers and Len Hubbard hit a 224 pace, Hubbard also getting series top with 579 pins. Federal Group Federal league, Teams 1 and 9 were on tops, No. 9 finished with a new series record, 2431 pins nosing out Team 1 by only lonely pin.
