THREE WERE INJURED elevator drops six floors in the land title bu id ng rig of ph ladelphia philadelphia Phil idelphia district attorney john C bell dell assistant city solicitor harry T kingston and william born dorn 0 Collingswood of N J were seriously ired monday by a fall of an ele vator in the iani 1 an 1 title building the highest building in the city mr bell sustained a compound frac ture of a leg mr kingston suffered both legs fractured and mr air born was injured about the body and received lacerations of the scalp district attorney Atto Irney bell and assistant solicitor kingston had been in confer ence in mr bell s private office on the thirteenth floor of the building and were on their way to their offices in the city hall the elevator operator the only other occupant of the car escaped with slight injuries the elevator dropped from the sixth poor to the basement the cause of he accident Is unknown
