With the close of this year he will have served in that capacity for a term of two years, having been aprepointed to the position after-hiturn from service in the army, and following active and energetic work in the 1920 campaign. During his term of office the doctors record shows that a constructive program has been carried out, and that economy and efficiency have marked his s work. In 1921 he planned a form of commitment for the county Infirmary which was the first advance step made in this direction since the institution was established: This com mitment is a duplicate form which shows a complete record of the patient, one copy of which is kept at the infirmary and the other in the county auditors office.
