Sandgreen, chairman of the Fourth ward social activity committee, under whose auspices the, meet will be held. Everything is in order, the entry blanks are out and already a goodly number of entries are in. The meet will be in charge of Professor C. S. Leaf, noted swimming mentor of Salt Lake, who has been teaching at the high school pool for several months past. Professor Leaf states he expects to make the event one of the best of its kind ever held in the state, to facilitate interest he has arranged to bring the best of his champion swimmers from Salt Lake to give series of exhibitions. Among these will be Miss Pearl Kimball Utahs undefeated woman chompion and recent winner of the fourmile en durance race from Antelope Island to SalLajr, It is planned to run the heats at the North park swimming pool in con junction with a well selected program of community singing, games and dances. The final heats for the championship in the jlif feient classes will be held i the high school swimming pool in the eVening, commencing at 8 oclock sharp. Professor Bradford announces an extra special program of community singing and games to take place be tween 4 and 7. The folk dances .will be under the direction of Thelma (Eggertsen. A band concert by the Provo boy scout band will be fur nished between 6 and 7, followed by the swimming finals at the high school pool at S oclock.
