Breakfast was served at 8 oclock, after which preparations were made for a hike to the upper falls. Angus Olsen motored to camp bringing Emma and May and the little folks. The entire party reached the resort by 11 oclock, and hiked up Lovers trail and to Bridal Veil falls. Swinging and resting in the beautiful grove the forty-fiv- e girls and their guests partook of a most delicious ham and egg sandwich luncheon, including chocolate and nuts, cake, sodas and ice cream. Sister Hurst and guests with part of the girls made the return hike at 1:30. Sister Lewis and Sister Emma Jones with ten girls and Dean and Sterling Lewis climbed to Upper falls, where they rested and were soothed by the wonderful spray of the beautiful waterfalls. They returned to the resort, where they were refreshened by ice cream, after which they made the return hike to camp via the Telluride flume, viewing with much interest the panoramic view of the wonderful canyon and the mystic beauties of Bridal Veil falls. The party arrived in camp at 5 oclock to find a delicious chicken dinner awaiting them. Sister Ruth Farrer and little folks, with Venice Jepperson and Faun Singleton were added to the company. Sister Dessa Johnson offered the evening prayer and the girls retired at 11 oclock. And thus the happy days are spent, each day bringing new life, new trips, new adventures with all the accompanying pleasures. On Sunday an especially interesting Sunday school is conducted. the Throughout week the girls were genuine ladies, each one obeying the rulesRi perfect fashion. As a fitting climax Sister Lewis and Sister Cutler suggested to the girls a cut glass bowl as a token of appreciation to Sister Mary Hurst, who came down from Salt Lake to spend the week with the girls. This was greatly appreciated by the recipient, who suggested three cheers for the girls of the M. I.
