Said pavement Is to be 26.5 feet wide on the west side, of the ' of The Denver ft Rio ' Grande Western Railroad Company, and 12.2 feet wide oq the east side ? of said railway . The estimated cost of said improvement is 25,623.65, according to plans, profiles, and specifications on file in the office of the. City Engineer. The abutters portion of the cost and expense- thereof, will be defrayed by a local assessment, to be assessed, to the frontage on the west to side of said street and one-thithe frontage on the east side of said street, or 4.69414 per front foot on the east side of said street, and 9.3S323 per front foot on the west side of said street within said district, which Is to be known as Street j.
