The 2001 proposed tax rate is .002521 . Without the proposed increase, the rate would be .002038. This would be an increase of which is $26.57 per year ($2.21 per month) on a $100,000 residence or $48.30 per year on a business having the same value as the average value of a residence in the taxing entity.
