Accident on Cedar Mountain claims life A single vehicle accident Loman was ejected from the veclaimed the life of Jay Keith hicle and killed instantly. The accident is currently unLoman, 34, of Duck Creek. The accident occurred shortly after midnight on the morning of August 29, on State Road 14, just a few miles east of Duck Creek Village. Mr. Loman was traveling eastbound in his 1986 Ford truck when he allowed the vehicle to drift off the right (south) edge of the road. It appears that to the left, Loman and then again back to the right. The truck continued off the right side of the road and rolled several times down a 200 foot bank. over-correct- ed der investigation by Trooper Douglas B. McCleve of the Utah Highway Patrol. Trooper McCleve states, It appears that alcohol is a contributing factor in this accident and Mr. Loman was not wearing his seatbelt.
