Police found Paula on the bedroom floor, with a shotgun wound to the back. Roman was found downstairs, and had been shot twice by a shotgun at close range. The suspected weapon, a 12 gauge Mossberg shotgun was found in the garage. The weapon had recently been fired, and there appeared to be blood on the forearm. Authorities summoned Mark Rosa to the scene. He stated that his younger brother had argued with their parents ear- lier in the day over an accident that he andor his girlfriend had had with their Chrysler LeBaron convertible. He further stated that the younger Rosa boys girlfriend had spent the night with him, angering his parents. They responded by grounding him, and forbidding him from using the car. Mark said that his parents went to the store, and he left shortly thereafter. The younger brother and his girlfriend remained at the house, and he apparently shot his parents when they returned.
