The defendant is presumed innocent, until and unless proven guilty. Names will be withheld in some cases due to the sensitive nature of the crimes, or if the defendant is a juvenile. In the period between March 9 and March 13, the Police Department investigated 61 incidents, 10 cases, issued 17 warnings and 7 citations. During the same period the Animal Control officer investigated five cases, picked up three animals, issued one citation and three warnings, and picked up two animals for burial. March 9 Criminal mischief at the Motel. The motel sign was broken. Estimated damages $150. Under investigation. Criminal mischief, criminal trespass in the Ranchos.
