They deserve special recognition for their exemplary actions. This leads me to ask Mr. Martin and Mr. Carrol to exercise this important precedent they established, to call for a new legal meeting to legitimize the severance pay previously given (during a questionable meeting) to resigned attorney Jim S earth; severance pay which appears to be a bonus not earned not required, but simply handedover as a gift; and, is it true that the in an automobile accident just northwest ofKanab on SR89, on November 28th (Serious accident sends Arizona family to hospital, SUN News, Dec. 1, 1993, p.l). After spending a month in the intensive care ward of the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Dave and Marcia were recently transported back to Phoenix via air ambulance. They are both now in rehab at the Barrow Neurological Institute, which is part of St Josephs Hospital. Our special thanks go to Trooper Russ Whitaker, and to the staff of the Kane County Hospital. Due to their expert handling of this tragic accident, there was no loss oflife. For that total amount was actually $8,900, not the reported $7,500? we are deeply grateful.
