J tv U' Dear Editor: - - Welcome to Kanabl After 24 years In the Law Enforcement profession m Las Vegas, Nevada where I finally achieved the position of Deputy Chief of Police (Crime Laboratory and Computer sections) of a force of over 950 persons, I decided to retire to the wonderful and beautiful community of Kanab, Utah. Both my wife and I were looking forward to becoming a part of this community with great expectations. We bought a home and found out, to our pleasant surprise, that we were surrounded by friendly and helpful neighbors.
