Members of the Virgil Riggs family visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Riggs in Kanab during the Memorial Day were Michael and weekend Linda Riggs and children, Kenneth, Joe and Elizabeth from Sandy, Utah; Kenneth and Cathy Riggs from Edwards Air Force base in California; Kerry Riggs and girl friend, Kathv Montsch from Murray, Utah; Rosa Lee Riggs from Provo, where she is attending the summer session at BYU. They also received news from their son Larry of the birth of a 7 lbs. 5 oz. baby daughter born to them May 26 at the Sweedish Hospital in Englewood, Colorado. Larry is a manager of a Store and he and his family are living in Littleton, Colorado, Michael and family will be visiting in Kanab until June 2nd. 3 Mr. and Mrs. Ray Thorsen and three children from Layton were in Kanab during the holiday weekend, visiting with Beverly Thorsons parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Black. call 7 Mr. and Mrs. Denny Foscar-in- i, former Kanab residents and now of Las Vegas, are the proud parents of a baby girl born May 15 th.
