Number two was Scott Runia, the best high school guard to come along since Gary Hale and Curtis Jenson (whore they?) He kept West in the game long enough to barely outlast the Cedar Redmen. From a spectators viewpoint Saturdays games had to be the best ball games of the year (except for the championship). Scott Runia pulled an 11 second drive into the nets for two and a foul. West pulled their big man and Runia banged the shot off the rim, grabbed the rebound and shot it in to tie Davis with 2 seconds left on the clock. The rest is hisKanab-Milfo- rd tory.
