CPU loard At a regularly scheduled c meeting of Callfornia-PaUtilities Company Board of Directors, E.K. Albert, chairman of the board, announced his intention to retire as chairman effective August 31, 1974, but will continue to serve as a dirdf ector. The Board of Directors elected Walter C. Olson to the post of chairman effective September 1, 1974. The new chairman has been a director oftheCom-pan- y for eight years and vice chairman since 1973. Upon his graduation with a LL.B. degree from the University of California Law School in 1949, Olson became associated with CJrrick, Dahlquist, Herrington and Sutcliffe and became a member of the firm (now Or-riHerrington, Fowley anl Sutcliffe) in 1954. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Crown Zellerbach International, Inc., and Toronto Dominion Bank of California.
