Valley led at the end of the hy two, first quarter, and Kanab led by one at the half and also at the end of the third. The largest lead held during the game by either squad was six points which was the difference at the end of the game. Kanab led by six points with 6 minutes lemaining, however at the four minute mark Valley had tied it up again. Then Kanab surged ahead again by six with 21 minutes, and kept it about there until the final buzzer.
