All Clothing Project girls may enter the Style Dress Revue. 7. Girls who have passed their 14th birthday by January 1, 1963 and are in their third year of clothing project work may enter the Style Dress Revue Contest as well as exhibit dresses in revue. 8. All articles must he completed before going on display or being worn in the dress revue.
