The Club decided that some picnic tables would be appreciated and made' this their project. Lumber was donated by Kaibab Lumber Co., and five tables were built by the High School shop students. These were then presented to the City Park Ag the park was not ready, the Club asked and received permission to place two of them on the Kane County Courthouse lawn. Many travelers and people from the Valley enjoyed them. This summer the tables were again placed on the lawn. Then TRESthey disappeared and NO on the were placed PASSING sign lawns.
