Carmel Junction to Glendale, Kane County, Utah. The proposed improvement by the Utfh State Department of Highways -- covers that portion of US Highway 89 in Kane County t'rom the improved section at Mt. Carmel Junction to the north limits of Glendale, a distance of 8.4 miles. This proposed improvement consists of grading, draining, and embitumplacement of plant-mixe- d inous surfacing to accommodate traffic lanes with two shoulders. This project will eliminate many unnecessary curves that exist and will improve the grade. Limited access control to be obtained except through Order-vill- e, Mt.
