The festivities include not only three stellar plays but also corollary events such as the Greenshow, tours, lectures and the always-popular Royal Feaste. Here, King Francis I of France (Stephen M. McCormick, left) and King Henry VII of England (Eric Charles Stein) enjoy life's finer pleasures during the Royal Feaste, presented each Tuesday and Friday evening during the Festival season. The Royal Feaste, directed by Jeffrey lngman, features roguish entertainment, lively humor and medieval dining in the ttadjtions of the great halls of Old England. The 1992 Festival season, which also includes Blithe Spirit, Cyrano de ~erac, Julius Caesar, King Lear, The Merchant of Venice and The Men:Y Wives of Windsor in rolling repertory, runs June 25 through September 5.
