Some popular on-campus and off. campus housing includes: College Way, Stadium Way, Stonebrook, College Ave and the SUV facilities. College Way, Stadium Way and Stonebrook are owned by Jerry Cunningham, and located less that a mile away from campus. They include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable, and computer and phone hookups in each room. On the sem ester system these apartments will be $785 a semester, but 't he owners are offeri.ng a special summer rate of $100, if students sign a contract for the following year. Anyone wanting an application tan get an application from the 111anagers, located in Stadium Way #23 or College Way #5. College Ave. apartments are in close proximity of the campus. They will be $600 a semester next year. All utilities accept telephone are included. They include an on site washer and dryer, . three beds, three baths and a pool. These apartments are full until the fall. Charlie Mosher, manager, said he's doing pretty well on space for the fall quarter, but the sooner students get applications in the better. Anyone wishing to apply can call 586-4998. Camino Manor, Cedar Villa, and Willowbrook apartments are managed by John Dalton and are located anywhere from a block away from campus to within a mile. They range anywhere from $600 to $785 per semester. Those wishing to live in these apartments can contact John Dalton at 586-6077. Another alternative to off-campus housing is the on-campus dorms and apartments. Most of the on-campus housing is not available during the summer, due to SUU's many summer activities and guests, but will be $610 per room for the Juniper Hall dorm style housing on the semester system plus meal ticket. Manzanita's apartment style complex will run $750 per semester. The cost of housing for Manzanita and Juniper Ha.11 includes utilities, heatlng, garbage, free cable and two computer labs open for student use. Also available are three reading rooms and movie rooms along with a wide range of activities and socials. Manzanita apartments are almost full, students wishing to apply need to get their applications in immediately said Neuman Duncan, director of housing and residence life.
