Our gymnastics team was .represented at the Nadooal Championships for the first time. The SUU track team hosr.ed Utah and UNLV at the Alma 'Richards Invitational in our beautiful Coliseum-and dominated the meet. Softball's scholars continued to dominatt: the West.ctn Athletic Confc:tencc ac~Uy. Baseball. golf and tennis all experienced their best yc:m in the "Big Timc.'" And. fOOtball provided fans with exciting kick returns by Shawn JQnes (signed by Edmonton of uie CFL), and passihg records rewritten by returning quarterback Rick Rob.inS.
