"This years team is better all around, il our inside game isn't working we know we can go to the outside game and vice versa. Our defense has improved too," said Frandsen. Frandsen ha been one of the tri-captains for the last two years. She is the leading scorer for the 'Birds with a 15.8 average. Sbe is also climbing the all-time rebounding record starting the season with 383 rebounds, 10th on the all-time list. Currently Frandsen is just three behind Lisa Ballantyne (1983-85) who currently is in fifth place. Over the summer Cherri got married to David Frandsen, who is supportive of her basketball career and said he wishes he could be with her on the road. Things have changed a lot for Frandsen in the last year.
