The brides parents are Mr. and Mrs. Richard H. Kynaston, of 4372 S. 2150 W. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Penman, of 274 N. 4700 W., West Weber. A reception at the Roy LDS 9th Ward Cultural Hall honored the couple. Attending was best man duties was Randy Isaacson. A wedding trip to Sherwood Hills was taken by the newlyweds. They will live in West Weber. Mr. Penman will work as a carpenter for the Inter- Precision Bilt mountain in Ogden. He graduated from Weber High School and LDS Seminary.
