Accepting for the hospital was director Dean Holman. Mrs. Gloria Thim, president and Mrs. Ethel Clements, vice president of the club, assisted with the presentation. Lakeview BPW Club is a member of the National Federation of Business and Professional Womens Clubs, Inc., and is open to all emin the ployed women Farmington to Roy area. The organization strives for the continuous improvement of womans role in the world today and offers many opportunities for service on a local and national level as imwell as personal provement. The Symphony will perform the same program in Ogden on November 26 at Weber State College Fine Arts Center, and at Logan, November 30, in the Chase Fine Arts Center at Utah State Univerwity. Paul Schenly, has been winning accolades from critics and standing ovations from audiences wherever he performs. Early this year, he was named as one of the A very Fisher Prize winnters. Born in Munich in 1948, Mr. Schenly has appeared as soloist with many orchestras, the Cleveland including Orchestra, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and other major orchestras. His first rave review came when he was only six and the Los Angeles Times called his playing A true revelation of real talent. After numerous awards and a Masters Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, he made his debut with the Cleveland Orchestra in 1972 on 72 hours the notice. Playing Tchaikovsky First Piano Concerto, his success was extraordinary. Since then he has been by the Cleveland Orchestra and has appeared with the Houston Symphony and made his fifth appearance at the Hollywood Bowl. He also has given several recitals throughout the United States and performed as soloist with the of ferocious skill who can dazzle his audience with a singing phrase or a delicately spun quiet passage.
