The Road Commission and Railroad Company have agreed to execute an agreement to complete the railroad improvements and installation of grade crossing protection devices at said fourteen crossings, and to apportion the division of costs. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. 4. The Road Commission shall, at its sole cost and expense, perform all work and furnish all materials in connection with the work contemplated by said agreement except for those portions of the work to be done by the Railroad Company as set forth therein. The Railroad Company will provide the Federal-Aimatching funds for the Local Road Crossing improvements, being ten percent (10 ) of the actual construction cost incurred. 5. Upon completion of the installation of the grade crossing protection devices the Railroad Company shall, at its sole expense, maintain, repair and keep said devices in proper working condition. the vironmental Statement will be made available to the public at least 30 days prior to the second hearing.
