Billman 1st and Byron A. Rasmussen 2nd Harmon W. will serve as Cheney Executive secretary. W. Glen A. Foutz has been named to serve as Ward Clerk with Gary Thompson serving as assistant clerk. Released with a vote of thanks for their service in this capacity were Glennin A. Howard, bishop; Francis W. Carling, 1st counselor, Leo C. Wilcox, 2nd councelor, and Loran R.
