CRANBERRY SALAD 1 Tbs (1 envelope unflavored gelatine) 4 cup cold water 9 ounce can crushed pineapple 'I cup lemon juice 1 17 ounce can of jellied cran-- berry sauce 1 cup chopped celery cup chopped walnuts Soften gelatine in cold water. Heat the crushed pineapple; add gelatine, stire until dissolved. Add lemon juice and cranberry sauce. Beat smooth, chill partially. Add celery and nuts. Iour into oiled molds Chill until firm. Lnmold on pineapple slices, garnish with endive. serves six to eight.
