This was not a show, it was a team effort. Everyone made mistakes, includ, ing th poaches. The Lynx were outhit six to three in the first game and eight to one in the second contest. One positive thing which can be said about the Lynx is that they did not strike out very often. Only three Lynx batters went down on strikes in the first game and four in the second. Fredonia pitchers struck out eight Page batters in the two games. The next action for Fredonias varsity team will be on Friday, March 26 when they play a doubleheader in Ash Fork. 4-- 1. 0. . one-ma- s .. 8 . i 2 1 f v c t , t S ' t isI 'i t isf . f it i. 2 ; ' r ' . s ks-- ft M i ' I , 1 f O 1 i s k: t t iff .itv tit I 'ft - 'I '.)! ; ri i f. ; - . , ' ii i ui ; i i . rjfjiSj ((:! f 't:. ll-- w-- 4 ' - 4 l t 4 ! games last week: On Tuesday 2-- ; Enterprise broke open a close game in the top ofthe third for nine runs on their way to a 15-- 4 victory in five innings; Kanab was up after one and only down 3 after two before the big inning that led to their downfall.
