Ruth Ross, president, Ina Anderson, Secretary, Dorothy Goode and Thomas Gallegos submitted their resignations after weeks of conflict over Mrs. Ross serving as Board president while working as an employee of the Model Cities Agency. The Board was reduced to four active members by the action. Mrs. Anderson said a total of six people have resigned since August, 1972 over internal problems.
