Consisting of a morning session daily for the two and three year-old- s and their parents, the Day Care Center focuses on presenting a background for the families in both education and awareness. The method will be to use the parents, under supervision, to instruct the youth using both Spanish and English in rhymes and tales in the lore of their heritage. This will not only give the kids an advantage in both languages over other youth, but also broaden their appreciation of themselves as Chicanos. "Most Chicanos don't speak Spanish, Alex said, "so they don't think that they bi-lingu- al location, they said that the radio need a program.''
