Child care is being provided by the operating agency for volunteers with young children. The project also works directly with the principals and teachers of the schools to help them employ the volunteers in the classroom. Many of the children are services to the residents of the minorities with language Redwood area. Typical difficulties. Voluntary Improvement Program this program is in the process of developing and implementing a program that provides tutoring, family and jobs counseling for the unemployed in the Central City area of the Model hard-cor- e Neighborhood.
