Show 2 Page Oct. 5, 1966 THE BRIGADIER rom editorials Week observed Newspaper October is National Newspaper Week, a time to think and a time to remember. Perhaps this is a time to remember the revolutionary days, and John Peter Zenger with his fight for freedom of the press. Perhaps this is a time to remember our constitutional fathers with their remembering the freedom of the press in the famous Bill of Rights. They recognized, as we should, that this freedom is precious and should be always preserved Perhaps it is a time to pay tribute to the 1,700 daily newspapers throughout this country which use this freedom to print the news for the people of America. Mans ability and right to interpret and print the news is a precious freedom. May we, not only during National Newspaper Week, but throughout the year be proud of this privilege. 9-1- 5 BY High Wildcats seek their fourth win today as they take on Spanish Fork High at 3 at the stadium.
