At B. Y. High Janet Oaks, one of the senior girls who have attended B.Y.U. schools the longest, has gone to the B.Y. for thirteen years, beginning with kindergarten at the Elementary Training school. After completing seven years of grade school, she attended B. Y. Jr. high for the three required years and then graduated into B.Y. high school from which she will graduate next Thursday evening. Janet intends to go to the B.Y.U. if she continues to go to school. She has always liked writing and wants to go into this field. She plans to write Childrens plays, stories and books. Janet was born in Provo and has lived here most of her life. She has many hobbies and interests and loves to do everyday ordinary things. Janet has always received very good grades in school and is on the valedict-tor- y panel for the senior graduation this year. She has held many offices during her school years among which were; President of the Notre Maison club and of the senior Secretary-Treasurclass for this year. Janet is very fond of dramatics and has had various parts in the school plays.
