They have chosen a theme for the book and have decided of a general layout. They feel very fortunate to have Mr. Gunn, a very talented artist and curator of the Springville Art Exhibit, to help them. Bob has had a lot of experience in this line and should be a great benefit to the school. Louise Blackham, blue party member ran a very close second. This year we had only one group try out as cheer leaders so they were put in by acclamation. But they probably would have won anyway because Mauree Earl, JoAnn Rawlings and Joyce Christiansen are three cute and peppy staff would appreciate any suggestions or ideas that the student body has to offer. Also all and any photographs will be welcomed. Every year it seems that the cat section of the yearbood is to small. Remember kids that it s no one s fault but your own. Your picture contributions are what make up that section, so bring your cameras to school and lets see what you can turn in. There will be a box in the hall labeled"Wildcats"to drop your suggestions and nt Arnolene Snow was chosen Secretary by the students. She is a very charming girl and will do her best to keep the bopks tabulated right. Arnolene was on the blue party. She defeated Catherine Collard white party candidate. The The cast for 'Rip Van Winkle' , has at last been completed. Takingthe part of Rip is Bill Demos, who has already done much work in comedy. To show you who will be responsible for the yearbook, here is the staff as approved by the faculty. Out of the eight regions in the state, all of the high schools have organized student councils. However, all of the regions do not have a district student council. Those who do not are trying to work for that end this year. For you students who don t know, Lynn is in London, England, with his father, the principal of the Timpanogas school.
