He will enter the Missionary Training Center on Nov. 10. Elder Schroeder will speak on Oct. 30 in the Layton 14th LDS Ward, 2435 E. 1500 N. at 12:45 p.m. He is a graduate of Layton High School and was a four-yegraduate of the Layton LDS Seminary in 1982. He has served in the presidencies of the Deacons, Teachers and Priests quo Eagle Scout. He has attended the LDS Institute at Weber Stale College and is employed as a carpenter for Neil Wall Construction. An open house will be held for family and friends following the meeting at the Schroeder home. Elder Russell F. Loertscher, son of Gerald and LaReeta Loertscher of Layton, has been called to serve in. the Fresno, California LDS Mission.
