Judging will be on appearance, poise and personality. At 6 p.m. that evening, the horsemanship portion of the judging will be held at the Golden Spike Coliseum in Ogden. What makes Mrs. Tucker unusual is that she is not paid for the service she is a volunteer. In recognition of her, outstanding volunteer service to the community. Mrs. Tucker was selected as one of four Weber County residents to receive a statewide award.
