Aglow fellowships meet in over 2,600 local groups in 104 nations around the world. The first meeting was held nearly 25 years ago in Seattle, Wash., with 125 women in attendance. One of the most recent developments was the first Aglow meeting to be held in Siberia in the Soviet Union. In addition to all of the local fellowships established around the world, Aglow also publishes a bimonthly magazine of the same name, Bible study books, paperback books and packets of scripture cards, all designed to encourage women to develop greater spiritual maturity. Bringing women of all faiths together at the local, state and national levels for meetings, retreats, conferences andor conventions also continues to be a solid ministry of Aglow. Pasters support Aglow because the organization encourages and equips all women to be active members in their local churches. Any woman wishing to attend the luncheon on April 4 is asked to register with Ruby (Phil) Stilson or Dorothy (Ryan) Hansen by March 28. There is a cost for lunch, payable at the door.
