May 28, 1991 Notre Dame program Four students honored Melissa Grogan, Pam Dupin, Todd Handy and Joe Carver were named outstanding students at the College of pated in poetry workshops, helped organize the Campus Crusade Christian organization and advised Carbon High Schools Sterling Scholar program. Grogan has also served as a forensics judge, developed the awards ceremony Monday night in Price. The outstanding students were selected by the faculty for a combination of high academics, leadership positions, community service and participation in student life. A resident served a3 public relations officer for Carbon County Girl Scouts and served on a committee to develop a gifted and talented program for the Carbon County School District. Named one of three outstanding sophomores, Dupin served as vice president of activities and will graduate with high honors. She is a member of the college programs committee, Japanese social problems tutor, cochaired projects and activities for the Utah Student Association, representative of the Utah Intercollegiate Association Student Legislature, b CEU member, Young Activists Planning Something committee chair and was the graphic designer for the Eagle newspaper. Dupin was captain of the lady Eagles basketball team the past two seasons, where she was named to the ICAC Second Team and as one of the top five outstanding players in Region 18.
